- PR 0021153182, NSN 5930-01-547-3512, 33 EA. This is an RFP with a 100% option (Total Qty 66 EA with option). Specifications, plans and drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source(s) and their distributors/dealers. Approved sources are: FAIRBANKS MORSE ENGINE (82796) P/N P12619142. Request for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. This solicitation will be available on its issue date of 03/10/2009 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of proposals, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This IS NOT a critical item. This item IS NOT set aside for small businesses.
