Description

The purpose of this amendment to the posted combined synopsis/solicitation is to clarify the following points: 1) The A/V Technician hours should read 2 days at 8 hours per day, not 2 days at 16 hours. 2) For the purposes of completing the attached proposal sheet, please be sure to complete the entire worksheet inclusive of any and all subcontracted work such as Third Party vendor work, ie. AV support of all forms such as LCD package, DVD, etc. Any proposal not completed in its entirety will be considered unresponsive. The amended due date for proposals is as follows: Thursday, February 12, 2009 at 2pm CST (Dallas, TX).
