- 6850- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This combined synopsis / solicitation is being modified to decrease synposis / solicitation time due to government needs for the requirement for a contractor to provide Brand Name product ArcoPlus Aircraft Deicing Fluid, Type I, Concentrate, meeting the specifications of SAE AMS 1424B, by Lyondell Chemical Company, (Bulk Delivery) 3500 gallons to 914 Airlift Wing, NiagaraFalls Air Reserve Station, NiagaraFalls, NY 14304. The contemplated performance time is 15 calendar days after receipt of order. The government will award a single fixed price contract for the project. NIACS Code: 424720 Business Size: 100 Employees. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses (SB); quotes received from other than SB will not be considered for award. Vendor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to receive an award. Information on registration may be obtained via the Internet at: http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. A Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number is needed in order to complete Central Contractor Registration. An offeror may obtain a DUNS number via the internet at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform or if the offeror does not have internet access, it may call Dun and Bradstreet at 1-866-705-5711.
