- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the demonstration for reconfiguration of an existing retention basin to determine the feasibility of the design for re-configuring a retention basin into a shallow marsh/pond wetland treatment facility at Fort Hood, Texas. The completion date will be no later than 30 September 2009. A site visit is required prior to submitting a bid. This proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for W9132T-09-T-0031 will be issued on or about 25 February 2009 with a closing date of 6 March 2009. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: ERDC-CERL, Contracts Office, Attn: Diane Biggs, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61826-9005. Requests may also be submitted via facsimile at (217) 373-6773 or e-mail to d-biggs@cecer.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted.
