Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This is a notice of intent to award a contract to Calgon Carbon Corp on a sole source basis to provideUV Peroxidation Treatment System at NIH Waste Management Facility, Building 21, Bethesda, Maryland for one year. A written solicitation will not be issued and this announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. This is not a small-business set-aside procurement. The solicitation number is NIHOF2009090. A statement that the clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items” and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items not be accepted.
