Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement Number N63394-08-G-1177 on a sole source basis to McNally Industries, LLC, 340 W. Benson Street, Grantsburg, WI 54840-0129 for materials and services required to manufacture, assemble, test, inspect, preserve, package and ship nine (9) each EP3 Display Panel Assembly for the MK6 Ammunition Lower Hoist System in support of NSWC PHD Louisville, Kentucky Detachment. McNally Industries is the only qualified and known source since 1999 with the special test equipment, special tooling and facilities that can support this highly complex requirement.
