- The NAICS for this procurement is 541330. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement Number N00024-07-G-5438 on a sole source basis to BAE Systems, Land and Armaments LP, Armament Systems Division, 163 Rochester Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40214-2683. The contractor shall provide the services required to receive, inventory, disassemble, repair, overhaul, manufacture, convert, upgrade, test, package and ship the 5-Inch 62 Caliber MK45 MOD 4 Gun Mounts and components. The Period of Performance is 24 months after receipt of order. BAE is the sole designer, developer and current manufacturer of the MK45 Gun Systems. These systems are highly complex, and BAE is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications, and facilities who can perform the work within the required timeframe.
