Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement Number N00024-06-G-4300 on a sole source basis to Kollmorgen Corporation, Electro Optical Division, 347 King Street, Northampton, MA 61060 for the procurement of Upgrade Kits for the MK15 MOD 2 Daylight Imaging Sensor (DIS) Field Of View (FOV) and Focus Mechanism, a component of the MK46 Optical Sight System (OSS). Kollmorgen Corporation is the original designer, developer, sole producer and the only known firm possessing the requisite knowledge and background of the MK46 OSS to provide the services necessary for TIE, Installation and Checkout (INCO), overhaul, depot support, training, technical engineering and field support and other life cycle support.
