- Description
- This project involves replacing an existing rooftop air-cooled chiller at the Carson City FB & USPO, 705 N. Plaza Street, Carson City, NV, with a new 75 ton air-cooled chiller. Design documents are bridging documents; the contractor is required to finalize the design. The performance period will be approximately 4 months, including finalizing design (chiller may be approved for procurement before design is finalized). This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (FAR 19.10), for NAICS 238220. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. A solicitation will be posted to this site in the near future (approx. 2/23/09). Specifications and drawings will be posted subject to security restrictions. A document security agreement must be executed and submitted prior to being given access to specifications and drawings. This agreement is being posted. A pre-proposal meeting/site visit will be held at 1:30 PM Pacific time, Tuesday March 3, 2009, at the Carson City FB & USPO, 705 N. Plaza St., Carson City, NV. Attendance is strongly recommended.
