- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Scott AFB IL will procure installation a counterpoise/equipotential grounding system as specified in the statement of work. Place of performance is DISA CONUS, Scott AFB IL. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.203, the Government intends for this acquisition to be offered for competition limited to Small Business Concerns. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business Participants. All services shall be completed no later than 13 May 2009. The National American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210. If interested in this opportunity or have any questions please email Amanda.Hund@disa.mil for a copy of the solicitation. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted no later than 02 February 2009. All questions shall be in written form and sent to Amanda.Hund@disa.mil. No Oral communications are acceptable. The resulting award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. If at anytime the Government determines that the requested services are no longer required, the Government reserves the right to not make an award. The Government also reserves the right to award without discussions. All Quotations are due no later than Friday, 13 February 2009 at 2:00 pm (CST). Oral communications are not acceptable.
