- This solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. Contractor shall provide all parts and labor to restore broken HAPSITE unit in the event of any malfunction. NOTES FOR SUBMITTED QUOTES: 1. All proposals shall have a total price in U.S. Dollars in Block 24. 2. Deleted 3. Proposals not conforming will be considered non-responsive and rejected. 4.
