- The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to change the stated technical acceptability criteria. The technical acceptability criterion of possessing an acceptable accounting system is in error and is hereby deleted. The requirement for an offeror to possess an acceptable accounting system is a factor of offeror responsibility. Offeror responsibility is function properly reserved for the Contracting Officer. A prospective awardees responsibility is determined prior to award by the Contracting Officer pursuant to the requirements of FAR Subpart 9.1 and DFARS Subpart 209.1. The technical acceptability criteria for RFQ # SP4704-09-Q-1024 is changed to read as follows: The offer must meet the following single technical acceptability criterion: a. Veritas/Symantec certification. The Veritas/Sysmantec professional shall obtain and maintain during the period of performance a current Veritas/Symantec authorization. Please forward one legible copy of your Veritas/Symantec authorization letter with your quote. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
