- RFP's for Either Off or On Site Health Occupations Training Instruction RFP for Off Site Health Occupations Training instruction in accordance with provisions set forth in the USDOL Contract, the Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH) and the Center Standard Operation Procedures and handbooks utilizing Job Corps-developed curriculum, Program Instructions and Training Achievement Records (TAR's). Off-site instruction will be held at location specified by vendor, located within 30 miles of Atterbury Job Corps Center. or RFP for On Site Health Occupations Training instruction in accordance with provisions set forth in the USDOL Contract, the Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH) and the Center Standard Operation Procedures and handbooks utilizing Job Corps-developed curriculum, Program Instructions and Training Achievement Records (TAR's).
