- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of services for Supportnet Maintenance for 6 ea. N3-SYSTEM-R; PART NO. ES-SN-S11 for the period of one (1) year to include Supportnet Maintenance for 1 ea. N7-SYSTEM-R, PN ES-SN-S14; 73 ea. 1H582-25-F, PN ES-SN-S02; 7 ea. 1H582-51-G, PN ES-SN-S04; 5 ea. DSNA7-GE500-TX, PN ES-SN-S14; 1 ea. DSISA7-TX, PN ES-SN-S12; 1 ea. NSA-IM-LIC, PN ES-SN-SAS-S03; 1 ea. NSA-ME-LIC, PN ES-SAS-S06; 1 ea. NSA-PM-LIC, PN ES-SAS-S07; 1 ea. ASM-ME-LIC, PN ES-SAS-S11; 1 ea. SNS-TAG-LPA SENTINEL, PN ES-SN-04 AND 1 ea. NSTAM-ME-LIC, PN ES-SAS-10. This combined synopsis/solicitation request is for 1 year with 4 option years, and is prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR 13 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Commercial Solicitation under W911RP-09-T-0049. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. This action is set aside for small business; the NAICS code and applicable size standard is 811212 and $25 Million. A fixed price contract is anticipated. Prices submitted are to be FOB Destination. The full text of provisions and clauses incorporated herein may be accessed electronically at the following sites: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ and/or http://www.arnet.gov/far. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (no addenda), and FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (must be completed) apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items {Technical Capability - Offeror shall meet the technical requirements of the solicitation; Past Performance/Delivery - Offeror shall be regularly engaged in this type of work and offeror can meet or exceed our required delivery; and Cost.
