- Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order for Spine Implants / Instruments from Synthes USA Sales, LLC. For a surgery scheduled 10 February 2009. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-29 and Defense DCN 20090115, and the Air Force Acquisition Circular 2008-1217. This requirement is pursuant to Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The following provisions or clauses apply to this acquisition Clauses.
