- Solicitation VA-528-09-RQ-0036 AAEP Web-Cast - The Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract with American Association for Emergency Psychiatry (AAEP) of Bloomfield, CT to perform a follow-on contract to continue providing and performing a Web-Cast Emergency Psychiatry Lecture Series Service that they have been performing and providing nationally to VA Healthcare Providers. It has been determined that it is more cost efficient for them to finish the work, than to have a different company spend the time/resources becoming familiar with the work that has already been completed. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation package will be available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely within the discretion of the Government.
