- NSN: 5855-01-380-5100,Ring,Retaing,Optical Equipment,Full & Open Competition applies with First Article Testing for sources who have not previously provided this material to the Government within the last 3 years.I/A/W QAP 16236 013805100 Dtd 09/30/08 and all Documents,Quality requirements cited in Sec B of the RFP.Quantity (including option quantity)40,214 each.Deliver to Tracy Ca 95304-5000 and New Cumberland Pa 17070-5002.Delivery Schedule:Government FAT 60 days ADO,Government Eval 60 Days,!,500 ea within 180 days ADO and the balance at the rate of 1,500 every 30 Days thereafter.All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 02/27/09.The Small Business size standard is 500 employees.Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date..While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers,the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price,delivery,past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.Type of Set-Aside: Small business Set-Aside 100%.
