- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement FM485282701213 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29. Set Aside: Total Small Business, NAICS Code: 423450, Small Business Size Standard: 100 Employees. This is a commercial request for 5 Stryker Digital Capture Systems To furnish all labor, tools, parts, material transportation, and facilities to acquire: 5 Stryker Digital Capture Systems. This is a Brand Name purchase. Salient characteristics are as follows: Ultra Digital Capture System (Manufactured by Stryker) CLIN 0001: Quantity: 5 PN: 0240-050-990 SDC ULTRA and Printer CLIN 0002: Quantity: 3 PN: 0240-050-902 SDC HD USB 2.0 Hard Drive, 40GB Description: - Ability to capture both still images and videos from surgery - Ability to transfer captured data to a variety of media options - Ability to integrate with other Stryker cameras - Ability to integrate with light cameras and Stryker Infinity router - Ability to support dual channel video inputs - Ability to transfer data to a 250 GB internal hard drive Preferred Delivery: FOB Destination Please include the following in your quote: DUNS #, Cage Code, Point of Contact information, Warranty, and Delivery Time. 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate.
