- Description
- The Contractor shall provide comprehensive facility operations support services to the Charleston Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and its ancillary support facilities located at the Naval Weapons Station, Goose Creek, South Carolina. This shall require supervision on a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week basis. The Contractor shall provide both student support and facility-based services. Student support services include such activities as operation and cleaning of dormitories, operation of the dining facility, and training support services of various types (such as providing range masters, role players for practical exercises, computer laboratory support, equipment issue, bus transportation, etc.). Facility-based services include activities such as janitorial services, waste removal, facility and grounds maintenance, office equipment and furniture cleaning and movement. The Contractor shall also provide labor, equipment, transportation, administrative support, training and supplies (except as otherwise specified in the performance work statement) necessary to ensure competent and productive performance of services in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the performance work statement. Services will be performed at FLETC Charleston, SC and their support facility located at the Naval Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC. The actual performance of the contract will be a 7-month base period with four (4) option years and three (3) award incentive option years for a total of 91 months, if all options are exercised.
