- The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to change the subject to read M A-76 Public-Private Standard Competition at Fort Benning, Georgia. This amendment is also a request for Industry and Government comments to the 100% Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This special notice is informational only and is NOT a solicitation/Request for Proposals (RFP) or an Invitation for Bids (IFB), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Requests for a solicitation or questions regarding this 100% DRAFT PWS will not receive a response. No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of submission by contractors comments. This is a 100% DRAFT PWS notice that seeks Industry and Government comments concerning the intended acquisition by the Government under A-76 for Range Operations at Fort Benning, Georgia. The 100% DRAFT PWS with appendices is provided to Industry and Government by being posted to the www.yuma.army.mil/contracting website under Notices. The PWS referenced is in DRAFT form only. In stating such, appendices may not be provided in their full or complete format and further revisions to the PWS will most likely occur prior to release of the formalized Request for Proposals. Any comments may or may not result in changes to the PWS document. All comments regarding the 100% DRAFT PWS posted must be submitted in writing to ypgcontracting@conus.army.mil with the Subject Line: W9124R09R0002 Ft. Benning A-76 100% DRAFT PWS Comments, no later than 4PM MST on Thursday, 26 February 2009.
