- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire de all program management and events coordination services for the 2009 Navy Medicine Senior Leaders Strategic Training Symposium. The Symposium is scheduled for 30 Mar -3 Apr 2009 and will be held at the Bolger Center, 9600 Newbridge Drive Potomac, Maryland. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, logistical, administrative, and technical support services for the Symposium. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12, using Subpart 13.5 test program procedures. Award of a firm fixed contract is anticipated. All required deliverables shall be furnished within 30 days after date of contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard for this procurement is 621999 and 500 employees espectively.
