- The purpose of this notice is to announce the issuance of an updated Question and Answer listing and Amendment 0003 to solicitation N00019-08-R-0075. This amendment modifies Section B of the solicitation. Please note that changes to the Question and Answer listing are noted in bold Italics. The updated Question and Answer listing (Q&As) and Amendment 0003 can be obtained at the following web site on or about 05 February 2009: http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment on any submitted proposal. The hour and date specified for the receipt of proposals remains unchanged at 13 February 2009 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
