- Description
- The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS) has a requirement for the lease of one (1) Mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) unit and one (1) A.R.R.T certified technician(s) to perform routine scan and MRA studies. The contractor shall furnish one (1) Mobile MRI, either a Philips Edge/Eclipse (or similar Siemens model) 1.5 Tesla from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM, and one (1) required A.R. R. T Certified technician to perform services, on-site at the SAVAHCS, 3601 S. 6th Avenue, Tucson AZ 85723. This procurement is a total Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-aside and shall result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. All qualified SDVOSB firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to submit a proposal. Offers, including options, shall be evaluated based on Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The applicable NAICS code is 621512 (Small Business Size Standard of $13.5Million). The full solicitation will be available on or about the week of February 9, 2009. Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at the following URL: www.fbo.gov. Any amendments will be available at the same URL and offerors shall be responsible for obtaining all amendments. Electronic offers will NOT be accepted. All responsible SDVOSB Sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
