- Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)Seeks Offerors to Construct an Outpatient Clinic for Lease to the Government Solicitation for Offers No. V101-08-RP-0028 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking offers to construct an outpatient clinic facility in the Las Vegas Valley Metropolitan Area for lease to the Government, for a period of up to 20 years, on a site that has been pre-selected by the Government for an approximate 25,000 NUSF facility. VA has obtained an assignable/transferable purchase option on an approximately 8.57 acre site located in Las Vegas, NV. The option to purchase will be assigned to the successful offeror at the time of award. The successful offeror will be required to purchase the land at the agreed upon price, and construct a clinic facility on the site based on the specification, special requirements, floor plans, and site layout contained in the Solicitation for Offers. All interested parties should respond to this announcement no later than February 18 2009, 4:00 PM EST. In order to receive SFO documents, any correspondences, amendments prior to Initial Offers, please submit your response to Public Properties LLC. Responses shall include: name of firm, name of contact person, address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, solicitation number, and city and state of project.
