- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N65236-09-R- 0049 is issued as a request for proposal. The incorporated document, provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-29 and DFARS Change Notice 20090115. This procurement will be awarded through a competitive process. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code is 334111 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic has a requirement to procure: 60 (Sixty) 1U Superserver Configuration 30 (Thirty) 1U Supersver Configuraiton with RAID Adapter 15 (Fifteen) 3U Supermicro Server See attached for required specifications for each unit. Units must be assembled by an authorized Supermicro System Integrator and purchased from an authorized Supermicro reseller. Delivery will be to SPAWARSYSCEN North Charleston, SC 29419. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The Government will award in accordance with FAR part 13 based on conformance to the attached specifications and lowest price technically acceptable basis.
