Description
NSN 4330-01-408-7026, Filter Element, Fluid. I/A/W Filter Technology, Inc. (3KUY8) part number CWP03A30PEP; United Filters, Inc. (77807) part number UPDN3R30PE and Advanced Filtration Separpation Div. (9Z448) part number U3-AW30U-ECIU. The esitmated yearly quantity is 17,000; the unit of issue is each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN for the various end items. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4330. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) year. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 30 Jan 09 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The scope of this contract includes the acquisitioning for a 3C code and part numbered item. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase part from other than the current source. This solicitaiton will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside and full and open competition after exclusion of sources applies. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period two times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon evaluation of price, delivery, and past performance as described in the solicitation.
