- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, test equipment, supervision, necessary auxiliary equipment such as testing gear, hydraulic lift, scaffolding, etc., as well as lubricants and other small materials, and all other items necessary to perform inspections on the Industrial Equipment of approximately 55 pieces of industrial equipment in accordance with (IAW) the procedures, practices and standards prescribed by the German UVV BGV A3 (Unfallverhuetungsvorschriften - Accident Prevention Regulation) and the performance work statement (PWS). The work shall be accomplished IAW the principles for the testing of Industrial Machinery, Test Stands and Metal Working Machinery. This acquisition will be for a Base Period of 1 year plus 2 optional periods of 12 months each. The performance start date will be 01 Mar 2009. The place of performance is on US military installations in Kaiserslautern, Germany. This acquisition will be evaluated as follows: Low Price, technically acceptable with at least Satisfactory performance record.
