Description

NOTE: PROPOSAL RESPONSE DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 17 FEB 09. This project is for the procurement of cooling coils for the RC2 dehumidification cooler. A total of forty-eight separate coil assemblies are required to make up the three water banks in the cooler, with three different coil sizes. The coil assemblies are used to cool clean air and in the process of cooling, dehumidification also occurs. The coils are installed for horizontal air flow with water flowing through the tubes in the assembly. Performance period is 15 weeks from contract award which includes two weeks for Government review of shop drawings. Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available on or about 3 February 2009. Proposal due date will be on or about 17 February 2009. Request for Proposals will only be available electronically at the FBO website. No hardcopies, faxes, or emails will be available. Please register as a source to be notified of RFP Amendments, Clarifications, etc. However, it is the responsibility of contractors (even those registered as a source) to check the FBO website frequently to ensure they have all available information.
