- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS. The Government will be posting a request for proposal, and will accept proposals in response to the RFP. The 700th Contracting Squadron (700 CONS), Ramstein AB GE, is seeking proposals for a contractor to provide kitchen exhaust system cleaning, modification, and repair services to be performed at Ramstein Air Base, Sembach Air Base, Vogelweh Air Base, Kapaun Air Station, Einsiedlerhof Annex and Landstuhl Army Regional Medical Center, Germany. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements contact with an expected award date of 1 March 2009 - subject to the availability of funds. This solicitation is unrestricted. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Go to the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/ for more information. The NAICS for this acquisition is 561790. As this is an overseas effort, The Service Contract Act (SCA) wages and SBA Small Business Size Standards will not apply.
