- The United States Air Force through Global Logistics SupportCenter (GLSC) at Oklahoma City Logistics Center (OC-ALC) iscontemplating to procure repair of Line items cited below for a firmfixed-priced Requirements type contract with one (1) basic year and four(4) one year options with 100% contractor furnished material. This is asole source integration and repair effort to the Original EquipmentManufacturer (OEM)- Ametek, Inc. History: Previous acquisition 30August 2006, Ametek, Inc. 1. NSN- 6130-01-328-4653 NT 7. P/N- 8TJ95GAA4 8. Description- Repair of Power Supply Control provides 28.0 DC voltsto C-130 aircraft. 9. Total Line Item Quantities:Item 0001- BEQ Basic Year: 16 ea BEQ Option Year I: 10 ea BEQ Option Year II: 10 ea BEQ Option Year III: 10 ea BEQ Option Year IV: 10 ea Item 0002- Over and Above Item 0003- Data in accordance with DD1423 and Appendix B NSP (NotSeparately Priced) 10. Application- C-130 aircraft 11. Destination- FB 2039, Tinker AFB, OK. 73145-9013 12. Delivery- Item 0001: 3 each per month beginning 45 days ARO orrepairable assets received for Basic Yr, Option Yr I, Option Yr II,Option Yr III and Option Yr IV. 13. Qualification Requirements- N/A 14. Export Control: N/A 15. If unit price exceeds $5,000, then UID requirements will apply. 16. Mandatory Language- An Ombudsman has been appointed to hearconcerns from Offerors or potential Offerors during the proposaldevelopment phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman isnot to diminish the authority of the program director or contractingofficer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements,and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. Whenrequested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as tosource of concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluationof proposals or in the source selection process.
