COVER, CAM CUTOFF GEAR, 105MM GUN ASSY (NSN: 2540-01-342-0514 P/N: 12593542) MATERIAL CLOTH. THE COVER IS WOVEN NYLON CLOTH IN PANELS, SEWN USING LOCKSTITCH WITH POLYESTER THREADS. ALSO, COVERS HAVE STRAPS, STUDS, GROMMETS, STUDS AND EYELETS, BUCKLES AND REINFORCEMENTS. COVER, SPRING, BALANCING GEAR, R.H. CARRIAGE (NSN: 1015-01-342-0512 P/N: 12593442) MATERIAL CLOTH. THE COVER IS WOVEN NYLON CLOTH IN PANELS, SEWN USING LOCKSTITCH WITH POLYESTER THREADS. ALSO, COVERS HAVE STRAPS, STUDS, GROMMETS, STUDS AND EYELETS, BUCKLES AND REINFORCEMENTS. COVER, SPRING, BALANCING GEAR, L.H. CARRIAGE (NSN: 1015-01-342-0513) MATERIAL CLOTH. THE COVER IS WOVEN NYLON CLOTH IN PANELS, SEWN USING LOCKSTITCH WITH POLYESTER THREADS. ALSO, COVERS HAVE STRAPS, STUDS, GROMMETS, STUDS AND EYELETS, BUCKLES AND REINFORCEMENTS. ALL ITEMS ARE USED ON M119A1 HOWITZER. The guaranteed minimum quantities are: 300 each NSN: 2540-01-342-0510 Tarpaulin 470 each NSN: 2540-01-342-0514 Tarpaulin 205 each NSN: 1015-01-342-0512 Cover, Spring 250 each NSN: 1015-01-342-0513 Cover, Spring. This will result in a Four Year IDIQ contract. Estimated requirements for four years: 1200 each NSN: 2540-01-342-0510 Tarpaulin with the maximum over the life of the contract being 1600 each. 1370 each NSN: 2540-01-342-0514 Tarpaulin with the maximum over the life of the contract being 2000 each. 820 each NSN: 1015-01-342-0512 Cover, Spring with the maximum over the life of the contract being 1600 each. 1000 each NSN: 1015-01-342-0513 Cover, Spring with the maximum over the life of the contract being 2000 each. Estimated issue date is 20 February 2009. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. NOT WITHSTANDING THE INCLUSION OF ANY SET ASIDE PROVISION OR CLAUSE IN THIS SOLICITATION, AWARD MAY BE MADE TO FPI, EVEN IF THIS SOICITATION IS SUBJECT TO A SET A-SIDE PROVISION. IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT FPI IS COMPARABLE IN PRICE, QUALITY AND DELIVERY, IT IS MANDITORY THAT AWARD BE MADE TO FPI. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
