- The Federal Medical Center, Rochester, MN intends to issue a solicitation for Milk and Dairy products. Award date is approximately 04/01/09. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is 02/23/09, with offers due by 03/13/09, 2:00pm CST. The solicitation will be available solely through the General Services's Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www. fedbizopps.gov./.
