- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation H92243-09-T-JH04 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and this is notice that NSWG2 Logistics Support Contracting Office, NAB Little Creek, Norfolk VA intends to award a firm fixed price contract. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business The associated naics code is 611512 and the Small Business Size Standard is $25.5M. Line Item 0001 - Contractor assistance to provide subject matter expertise in the creation of an instruction governing operational use of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).
