- NSN 5915-01-563-8054 PR IQC08319009014. Radio Frequency Interference Filter. Purchased in accordance with BAE Systems cage 12705 P/N 8426901-1. This solicitation is issued under 10 USC 2304 (1) ( c),Other then Full and Open Competition citing FAR 6.203-1 as the government does not possess complete unrestricted data for competitive distribution. Inspection/Acceptance at origin. FOB Origin. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for an estimated annual demand of 170 each. Offers are requested for the base plus up to four option years and for the following quantity ranges: 25-49; 50-74; 75-99; 100-149; 150-up. Requested delivery is 50 per month beginning 170 days. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of February 18, 2009 Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. This solicitation is unrestricted (not set aside for small business).
