- Admiralty Raster Chart Service Sources Sought The USCG Navigation Center (NAVCEN) is seeking a source and price quote to provide Admiralty Raster Chart Service (ARCS) for use with Electronic Integrated Navigation Systems (ECINS) on board United States Coast Guard (USCG) cutters. ARCS is the sole source of electronic chart data compatible with USCG ECINS systems and is used to provide complete geographical coverage of USCG cutter remote operating areas. Service is for world wide electronic chart coverage of navigable waters and is to include monthly chart corrections reflecting permanent changes to navigation data. Eight (08) ARCS licenses are sought for the period of March 1, 2009 thru February 28, 2010. Contract award for the services listed above will be issued on 20 February 2009.
