- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest for secured indoor parking and light industrial type space (for vehicle maintenance) consisting of approximately 51,000 rentable square feet of light industrial type space yielding approximately 44,000 to 47,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet plus an additional 84 secured indoor self-park type parking spaces (not valet type) within a secured structure type environment. Any enclosed structure offered must be able to accommodate vehicles with above average height requirements to allow for the passage of oversized vehicles into the structure. The offered parking must be located within the borough of Manhattan below 59th Street with a preference for parking located on the west side of Manhattan. The proposed lease term is for a ten (10) year period. All responses received by February 10, 2009 will be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government.
