- IRON RANGE CBOCRFP: VA-263-09-RP-0147 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN has identified a requirement for Community Based Outpatient Services in the "Iron Rage Area" of Minnesota. Services are currently being provided by Health Net Federal Services, 2025 Aerojet Road, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742 at their facility located in Hibbing, MN 55746. The awarded contractor shall provide all labor, management, health care providers, medical facilities, equipment, supplies, and administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meet the requirements stated in the pending solicitation. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of this agreement including responsibility for all employees, agents, subcontractors and any other entity acting for or on behalf of the contractor. The period of performance for this contract will be from on or about April 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010 with one (1) twelve month option to renew.
