- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center 830 Chalkstone Avenue Providence, RI has a requirement for radiology services to be performed at the offeror's facility. This will be a non personal services contract. The solicitation shall provide estimated daily read quantities (60-80) of various modalities combined for a base period and 4 option years. Offeror's shall be required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Physicians shall be required to be registered in VET PRO and to complete a low-risk written inquiry NACI VA background investigation. All contractor personnel performing under this contract shall remain employees or subcontractors of the contractor. This solicitation will be available on the Government's Point of Entry website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about January 30, 2009. NAICS: 621512, $12.5 M.
