- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease Class A office and light industrial space consisting of approximately 22,899 rentable square feet in Rapid City, SD. Of the total square footage, approximately 14,000 square feet are required for light industrial space. The space must have a sally port with the ability to house a Greyhound size bus and must have a minimum 25 foot turning radius. The space requirement must be contiguous and cannot be located within the 100 or 500 year flood plain. Space may not be located near residential property, schools, churches, daycares, or any other like facility and must be physically located within the following delineated areas: North: Interstate 90 South: E St. Patrick Street East: St. Patrick Street West: Hwy 16T northwest to East Blvd north to E Omaha Street east to N Lacrosse Street north to Interstate 90 OR North: County Line South: W Omaha Street East: Interstate 90 south to Interstate 190 West: BUS Interstate 90 The space should yield 19,912 BOMA usable square feet. Twenty (20) onsite, secure, fenced and gated, reserved parking spaces are required. The proposed lease is for 10 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 180 days after lease award. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety, ABAAS, and Special Security Requirements; including a 100 foot setback for any proposed new construction.
