The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) hereby announces its intention to issue a solicitation DTFAAC-09-R-01720 for the procurement of SmartTopo Technology systems intended to analyze obstructions for incorporation in the FAA Obstruction Repository System (ORS) This effort is a sole source acquisition in accordance with AMS 3.2.2.4, Single Source Selection, and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (b) (2) Small Business Innovation Research Program (SBIR) pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 638(j) and 41 U.S.C. 253(b)(2); Phase III SBIR US Small Business Administration SBIR Policy Directive Section 4 part C paragraph 3.
