- This presolicitation synopsis, in accordance with FAR 5.201 and 5.203, serves as a notification the Government's intent to issue solicitation PR-HQ-09-10147. The solicitation will be to procure services for the Operation of a Center for Community Air Quality Modeling and Analysis (CMAS). A sources sought notice requesting a capability statement from small business concerns for this requirement was publicized from 10/17/08 - 11/03/08 at http://www.epa.gov/oamhpod1/admin_placement/0910147/index.htm The Government may solicit this requirement under full and open competition. No solicitation is currently available. The solicitation will be released on or about February 13, 2009. The draft performance based work statement may be found on the site listed above.The Government will post this synopsis, the solicitation and all subsequent amendments for this requirement to the EPA website advertising current business opportunities at http://www.epa.gov/oam/ and the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) available at the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All interested parties are encouraged to visit these websites and become familiar with the content and functionality prior to the solicitation issue date.
