- FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing a requirement for the following material: Line Item 0001: Bearing Unit, Assembly, (20) each, p/n: 74A322302-1003, AFC-271 application; NSN: 3130014847908 Drawings and technical data packages are not available for dissemination. Applicable NAICS: 336413, business size 1000 employees; The Government is seeking quotations for new material only. The bearing assemblies are required to be manufactured in accordance with the latest Original Equipment Manufacturer (McDonnell Douglas/Boeing, cage 76301) drawings. All applicable Certificates of Conformance (COC) in accordance with FAR 52.246-15 are required to be furnished upon each delivery. DFAR Clause: 252.225-7016 Restriction on Acquisition of Ball and Roller Bearings will be incorporated into any resultant solicitation. Contractors shall be required to furnish proof of the country of origin that items being offered are manufactured in. Failure to provide such proof will result in the rejection of any material delivered at Destination. The Government anticipates a single award, firm fixed price purchase order to be awarded as result of the RFQ that will be issued. Evaluation factors will be established as Technical Capability of Product to meet the Government's requirement and price. Inspection and acceptance will be performed by the Government at Destination. The delivery location will be FRCSW, San Diego, CA 92135. This procurement is issued as unrestricted. Technical capability, past performance and pricing criteria will be established in the solicitation and shall be evaluated in determining an awardee. A standard form SF18, Request for Quotation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFQ will be available for review and downloading at the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil on or about February 6, 2009.
