- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease combined office and warehouse space consisting of approximately 2,300 rentable square feet in Rapid City, SD. The offered space must be located within, or front the following delineated area: City Limits of Rapid City, South Dakota The space should yield a minimum of 2,000 ANSI/BOMA Office area (usable) square feet. Two (2) reserved, onsite parking spaces are required. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 10, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety, ABAAS, and Special Security Requirements.
