- Description
- This requirement is for NSN 6140-01-485-1472, Battery, Storage, Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) which is identified by Enersys Energy Products, Inc. (0WY95) P/N 9750N7025. RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The estimated annual quantity is 129,744 ea for the base and each option year. The RFP will cover both DLA Direct and Customer Direct requirements. Customer Direct requirements will consists of CONUS deliveries. FOB is Destination for DLA Direct Shipments. FOB is Origin for Customer Direct shipments. Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Destination for both. RFP will be solicited as 'unrestricted'. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, does not apply. Trade Agreements apply in accordance with Clause 252.225-7021. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
