Description U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 143,730 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 126,084 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE WITHIN THE SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must be available for occupancy no later than February of 2010. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years DELINEATED AREA: Washington, DC, bounded by the area described below (Map available upon request): NORTH – F Street, NW EAST – 3rd Street, NW SOUTH – Pennsylvania Ave/Constitution Ave, NW WEST – 9th Street, NW EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 16, 2009 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building 2) A.pdf or AutoCAD drawing of the offered space. 3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 4) Rentable Square Feet offered 5) Percentage Common Area Factor used to determine rentable square feet 6)Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 7)Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
