Description

The Government has a commodities requirement for Anti Fatigue Flooring. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 326192 with a size standard of 750 employees; the SIC code is 3069. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The incorporated provisions and clauses are current to Fac 2005-26, Effective 12 Jun 2008. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: Flooring to cover a 396 Sq Ft of wall to wall with anti fatigue flooring. Also one 72 in by 24 in rubber mat is to be included. Line Item 0001: 2xlblue Blue 24" wide anti fatigue runners Qty: 6 feet Line Item 0002: PLTFRMblue Blue SmartCells Pads 1" thick (per Sq Ft) Qty: 396 each Line Item 0003: BIRUBRAMP Blue Rubber Ramp (per ln ft) Qty: 3 feet Line Item 0004: Polyurethane Coating on Surface (per sq ft) Qty: 396 each Line Item 0005: Installation Qty: 1 each "Or equal" quotes will be accepted with detailed specifications. FOB: Destination for delivery to Hurlburt Field, FL 32544.
