- SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION: This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00104-09-Q-Q308 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE for IBM MRO Support Partners. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519. The government intends to award a competitive contract for MAXIMO MRO software licenses maintenance renewal. Please see attachment for a detailed description of the requirement. Numbered Note 22 appli! es. The following FAR Subpart 12 provisions and clauses are incorporated by reference: Time of Delivery.
