- FA4809-09-Q-0066 Youth Center Tutor Positions Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to perform the following at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. CLIN 0001: Provide tutoring services for youth attending after school programs at Youth Center IAW the attached Statement of Work. Math and Science tutoring services for the month of Feburary (9 days, 36 hours) CLIN 0002: English/Language Arts and Social Studies/History tutoring services for the month of Feburary (9 days, 36 hours) CLIN 0003: Math and Science tutoring services for the month of March (17 days, 68 hours) CLIN 0004: English/Language Arts and Social Studies/History tutoring services for the month of March (17 days, 68 hours) CLIN 0005: Math and Science tutoring services for the month of Apr (14 days, 56 hours) CLIN 0006: English/Language Arts and Social Studies/History tutoring services for the month of Apr (14 days, 56 hours) CLIN 0007: Math and Science tutoring services for the month of May (14 days, 56 hours) CLIN 0008: : English/Language Arts and Social Studies/History tutoring services for the month of May (14 days, 56 hours) Note: Document posted is the conformed Solicitation as amended and the only document that is posted. Note: The original Solicitation Number FA4809-09-Q-0066 was not posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website in accordance with FAR requirements. Based on initial responses received no responsive offerors were received and no award was made. The Government revised the Statement of Work and has re-opened the acceptance period. The Government has determined to post the requirement to maximize competition. An amendment will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities to reflect the revised changes. The Solicitation Number is FA4809-09-Q-0066. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This action will be a 100% Small Business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611691 with a small business size standard of $7.M. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 30 Jan 2009 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Registration may take up to three weeks to process.
