- The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Irvine, CA. The Government requires 16,396 rentable square feet of office and related space yielding a minimum of 14,917 ANSI/BOMA office area, and 53 parking spaces. The property must be located within five miles of John Wayne International Airport in Irvine, CA. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
