- The VA Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach California intends to enter into a sole source contract with Dcor Interior Design Inc., 256 S. Robertson Blvd. Suite 137, Beverly Hills, CA 90211-2811. This BOS announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued; a separate written solicitation will NOT be issued. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Request for Quotation is RFQ VA-262-09-RQ-0134JL. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541410. The VA Greater Los AngelesHealthcare System intends to purchase Consultation, Sign Review, Site Visits, Design Review for the period of performance of February 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government shall consider all proposals received by 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Monday, February 9, 2009. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries shall be accepted.
